Nature of Reactive ‘H’ Brand Dyes
(Monochlorotriazine)

These are monochlorotriazine Reactive Dyes with a low reactivity and substantively. Low Reactivity warrants, more severe conditions for fixation with cellulose materials. These are readily soluble by pouring water at 80⁰ to 85⁰C useful stirring Cellulose materials by dyeing as well as printing method.

‘H' brand dyes do require either a long steaming time or a high thermo fixation temperature (with urea) for optimum fixation. H dyes of low to medium substantively may lead to migration problem in dyeing prior to fixation.

Low concentration of highly substantive dyes when used, tailing evident by selecting dyes of low or medium substantively, using small padding troughs fed to constant level at the highest speed, of the process.
