Modified Method of 1:1 Metal Complex Black WA :

Sulphric Acid (1680)

Insert the material at 700C and raise the temperature to boil. After boiling for a short time add a further quantity of 3% Sulphuric Acid (l680) to the dyebath and continue dyeing at the boil. The total time of boiling should be at least for 90 Min. To get complete black add 0.3% Sodium or Potassium Dichromate, for 30 minutes before dyeing is completed. At End, rinse well and neutralize all traces of acid on the yarn with a little Ammonia as used for other 1:1 Metal Complex dyes.

Modified Method of 1:2 Metal Complex :

It is very similar to Leveling Dyeing. And there is no need to add any addition of Acetic Acid.

Ammonium Sulphate or Ammonium Acetate

Dyeing System of Chrome Dyes :

4 %

Chromate Mordant (Mixing of One part Sodium or Potassium Chromate and two Part of Ammonium Sulphate)

Insert Material at 500C and raise the temperature to boil in 45 Min. Continue boiling for 60 to 90 Min. To get exhaustion, while dyeing standard is to heavy shades :

0.25% To  0.5%

Formic Acid

or

0.5% To 1%

Acetic Acid (300)
