DYEING PROCEDURE
System of Acid Leveling Dyes :

Insert the material (without dyes) at 500C and run for 5
Min. Add dissolved dye and raise the temperature gradually to the Boil level for
30 Min. and continue dyeing at the boil and then rinse for 45 to 60 Min.
System of TPM Dyes :

Insert the material (without dyes) at 500C and run for 5
Min. Add dissolved dye properly and dye for 15min. and raise the temperature
gradually to the Boil level for 30 Min. and continue dyeing at the boil and then
rinse for 45 to 60 Min. If exhaustion is not finished properly for Heavy Shades
then add :

Insert the material for 10 To 15 Min. And Add
4% Sulpharic Acid (1680) and raise the temperature gradually to the
boil. In case of medium or deep Shades add a further quantity of Sulphuric Acid
(l680) 2% To 4% to the dyebath and continue dyeing at the boil. The
total time of the boiling level should be at least 90 minutes. Rinse properly to
free all acid. Preferably neutralize all traces of acid on the yarn with 2 cc/litre
Ammonia (25%).
