 DYEING PROCEDURE
PREPARATION OF MATERIAL:
Proper prior action is very essential to get the best-desired results. The Material / Goods must to ensure / assure de-sized and scoured thoroughly to absorbency to the substrate and remove all impurities that may obstruct proper dye to obtain in the subsequent dyeing process Level shades with optimum dye infiltration and colour fastness are obtained only if they well prepared material.
DISSOLVING OF DYES, the dyes are mixed with the Cold Water & converted to a Smooth Paste. There after, by adding warm water to the paste & continues stirring and even adding Urea where required to help dissolution of Dyes.
DETAILS OF DYEING (EXHAUST METHOD), Recommended for Cotton Yarn in Open-Vat (Beck) or Package-Dyeing Machines, Cotton Piece Goods on Jigger, Winch. Jet-Dyeing Machines etc.
BATH RUN :-

10 Minutes Set at Room Temperature (250 to 350C) with pre-dissolved Dye. -
20 to 30 Minutes should run after Pre-dissolved Salt to be added (Glauber's Salt / Common Salt) -
Pre-dissolved alkali (Soda Ash) to added -
Finally, Washing off as per described at the End.
